Complaint Policy
Our store makes every effort to ensure that the offered products are of high quality and in accordance with the description. In the event that the received goods are defective or not in accordance with the contract for any reason, we offer the possibility of using the right to make a complaint.
Complaint Conditions
We accept complaints only in the case of factory defects or damages that occurred before the date of delivery, or when the product is not in accordance with the contract. We handle complaints for products damaged during transport based on the damage protocol drawn up by the carrier.
The complaint should be reported immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of discovering the defect or non-compliance. The complaint can be reported through the contact form in the online store or in another way indicated in the "Contact" tab.
In the case of a complaint, please provide the defective product along with the proof of purchase and a description of the complained problem.
Complaint Consideration
We handle complaints within 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint. If the complaint is recognized, we undertake to repair or exchange the defective product for a new one, free from defects, or to refund the cost of the advertised product. If it is not possible to repair or exchange the product, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the value of the advertised product.
Complaint Costs
We cover the costs associated with delivering the defective product at our expense only if the complaint is recognized.
Exclusions
Complaints are not accepted in the case of damages resulting from improper use of the product, mechanical damages resulting from improper storage or transport, as well as in the case of changes made to the product by the customer without the seller's consent.
